Who We Are

I started NLD,LLC back in 2020 to provide a much needed service to the Maryland area. I have spent most of my life working on the family farm and creating wildlife habitats for our family to enjoy. The service we offer is the most environmentally friendly way to reclaim your property and enhance it.

The process of Forestry mulching does not remove much needed nutrients from he soil. It actually introduces nutrients that are beneficial for stabilizing the ground and preventing erosion.

Instead of cutting small trees down and removing brush completely. Our specialized machine Mulches the trees and brush into a fine wood chip material that will eventually decompose and increase the soils nutrient levels.

What is Forestry Mulching?

Forestry Mulching is a land clearing method that uses a single specialized machine to cut, grind and clear vegetation, small trees up to 8 inches, and brush.

This specialized machine allows us to move quickly through the material depending on the density and the terrain we are operating in. It is one of the most efficient ways to clear and earn of property for both commercial and residential projects.

This Process can be used in commercial and residential land clearing projects. Some examples would be site preparation and development, cutting and clearing brush, nature and recreational trail creation, food plots, Lot line clean up, pasture reclaiming, fence line clean up, and much more.
